Each piece is made individually to order. Please allow approximately 10 days to 2 weeks for your piece to be made before dispatch.
Because our jewellery is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds where you have simply changed your mind. We will always do our best to help — please get in touch and we can arrange an exchange or store credit.
This section does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. If you let us know within 30 days of receiving it, you are entitled to a full refund. After 30 days, we will repair or replace the item; if that isn't possible or doesn't resolve the fault, you may be entitled to a refund or partial refund. We would always rather put things right, so please do reach out.
All handbags are genuine, pre-owned or sourced designer pieces, described as accurately as we can. If an item is not as described, the section above applies in full.
