Your piece is meant to be worn. We look after it afterwards — professional polishing to bring back its shine, and any breakages repaired free of charge for up to 6 months from purchase.
Complimentary Polishing
Everyday wear leaves its mark — fine surface scratches, dulled edges, a softened shine. Send your piece back to us and we'll professionally clean and polish it, returning it as close to its original finish as the metal allows.
Free Repairs For 6 Months
Any breakage within 6 months of purchase is repaired free of charge. That covers clasps, links, settings and solder joints. Just get in touch and we'll arrange collection or ask you to post it back to us.
How To Arrange It
Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a photo of the piece. We'll confirm what's needed, arrange the return, and let you know the expected turnaround before anything is sent.
Turnaround
Most polishing and minor repairs are completed and back with you within 10 days to 2 weeks. More involved work — stone resetting or structural repair — may take a little longer, and we'll always tell you upfront.
After 6 Months
We'll still happily look after your piece beyond the 6 month window. Repairs are then quoted individually, and polishing remains available at a modest charge.
What Isn't Covered
Loss, theft, and damage caused by accident or misuse fall outside the free repair period, as does work carried out by another jeweller. If you're unsure, just ask — we'd rather look at it than guess.
